Our restaurant was born of a simple conviction: the truth of a dish lies in the quality of its product.

Our philosophy: The Nobility of the Simple

Mediterranean cuisine never needed fireworks. She lives in the freshness of a tomato ripened in the sun, in the sweetness of a still warm mozzarella, in the power of a cold-pressed olive oil, in the fragrance of a basil ruffled between her fingers. We work with producers who know their land as we know a long-time friend. Marketers from Piedmont, fishermen from the Mediterranean, Abruzzo breeders, artisan cheesemakers from Lombardy... Each of them shares our obsession with just taste, true gesture, respect for the living. Our kitchen is based on three pillars: - The season: we never force nature. - Origin: Each product has a history, a face, a origin. - Transformation: everything is home-made, with slowness, precision and generosity.
