Mediterranean cuisine never needed fireworks. She lives in the freshness of a tomato ripened in the sun, in the sweetness of a still warm mozzarella, in the power of a cold-pressed olive oil, in the fragrance of a basil wrinkled between her fingers.We work with producers who know their land as we know a long-time friend. Marketers from Piedmont, fishermen from the Mediterranean, Abruzzo breeders, artisans cheese from Lombardy... Each of them shares our obsession with just taste, true gesture, respect for the living.
